Nurse Practitioner | Psychiatric Mental Health
A multi-site primary care facility in Rutland County, Vermont is in need of a Nurse Practitioner to join their team of experienced providers. As the nurse practitioner, you will work alongside psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed social workers, and alcohol & drug counselors to provide a plan of care for a diverse patient base. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a nurse practitioner in at least one of the aforementioned clinical settings, a team mentality, and commitment to compassionate, quality healthcare.
Requirements
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Vermont
Job Responsibilities
Evaluating and managing acute and chronically ill patients
Maintaining and improving patients’ overall health and wellness
Working knowledge of preventive health, which may include alternative and complementary medicine.
Refer patients to specialty care as necessary
