Director of Nursing – Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
Our surgery center located in Burbank, CA is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide direct clinical duties 3 days a week and 2 days a week focused on accreditation and management responsibilities. In this role you assist in a variety of cases with a focus on Pain
Management and some ENT. All procedures are minimally invasive, clean procedures. We prefer strong experience in pain management and experience with managing an ambulatory surgery center. We are seeking a clinical leader with natural leadership skills; someone that leads by example and takes charge when given a lot of autonomy.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experienced in managing a Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Prefer strong experience in Pain Management
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Surgical days are typically 7:30-4:30
Non operative days are typically 8-5.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Strong base salary $125,000-$140,000+ based on experience.
