Director of Operations – Pain Management Practice – Burbank, CA 

Our Pain Management practice with 7 providers located in Burbank, CA is seeking a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership and managing all day-to-day operations of multiple offices; accountable for directing, coordinating and controlling all aspects of operational management of clinic facilities. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for improving clinical and financial operations of the organization.

Job Type: Employed, Full time

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide leadership and oversight in general operations of all the clinical and administrative staff.
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis.
• Manage and improve operational practices.
• Allocate resources and materials to meet established project deadlines and outcomes.
• Formalize policies and procedures.
• Responsible for patient retention efforts: support brand advocates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance of goals and initiatives for all clinics.
• Emphasize team accountability to company standards of patient deliverables, financial performance, customer service, and use of company services.
• Lead with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations.
• Establish positive relationships with staff, stakeholders and strategic vendors partners.
• Promote a positive work environment, strong employee morale, and maintain low employee turnover.
• Responsible for complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting facility and accreditation standards, and obtaining appropriate certifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Healthcare and Business background required
• Project Management experience required
• Multiple location oversight responsibilities preferred
• Pain Management, Ambulatory Surgical Center management, OR Ortho industry experience preferred
• Ability to analyze data and create effective operational performance improvement plans
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Human resources experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree Required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-10+ years of directly related or closely related experience
• 3-10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience

Schedule:

Traditional 8-5, Monday-Friday schedule.

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Strong base salary $125,000-$135,000+ based on experience.
