Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Medical HRT and Weight Loss

We are seeking our newest team member; a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be the driving force behind our operational success, guiding our team towards new heights in performance and growth.
Position Overview:
As the COO, you will work closely with the leadership team to shape our future. Your role involves leading with vision, designing and implementing effective business operations, and ensuring our culture and strategies are aligned with our goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth, improving our efficiency, and securing our position as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Partner with the CEO and Leadership team to set and drive organizational vision and operational strategy.
- Foster a culture of Passion, Integrity, Accountability, Critical Thinking, and High Performance.
- Manage recruitment, development, and retention of talented team members.
- Set and achieve ambitious goals for growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Process Improvement:
- Lead efforts to streamline operations and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Create measurement tools to optimize operational efficiency.
- Executive Management:
- Collaborate with key departments (Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales, Accounting/Finance) to foster growth and efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor staff across various departments.
- Fiscal Responsibility:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Manage financial operations in collaboration with the CFO.
- Business Development:
- Build strategic partnerships and professional relationships.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and business practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior operations role in a similar healthcare setting.
- Prefer experience leading a multisite and/or multistate cash-pay based healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated ability in business planning and strategy development.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of business finance and performance metrics.
