Executive Medical Director – Physician Leadership Role – Phoenix, AZ area – Multi-state Infusion Center Organization
Our Multi-State Infusion Center organization is seeking a Medical Director to work closely with the CEO and Executive Team to provide ultimate administrative oversight and direction for medical and nursing personnel. We are looking for an executive physician leader to help our organization continue the path of growth experienced in recent years. We are seeking a strong organizational leader who is passionate about patient care.
Responsibilities of the Medical Director include:
- Provide ultimate administrative oversight and direction.
- Develop policies and procedures as well as oversee risk management.
- Provide leadership to implement the goals and objectives of infusion centers related to their medical and clinical operations.
- Provide strategic input regarding planning and evaluation process for infusion centers.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in California or Arizona
- Board Certified
- Experience as a Medical Leader
- Experience with Infusion Centers
- Medical Specialties preferred but not limited to: Allergy & Immunology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology
Compensation and Benefits:
- Comprehensive Salary of $300,000+ based on Experience.
