We are looking for a provider who has an interest in neurological care, as we treat many different conditions including seizures, Parkinson’s, Alzhemer’s, Migraines, Stroke, Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, Neuropathy, Heachaches, and more. Job Type: Employed, Fulltime

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Licensed in the state of Oklahoma
Must have interest in Neurology
Neurology experience preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits: $115,000 – $135,000+ with quarterly bonus

Salary Range:
Annual Review with Compensation Adjustments
Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
Annual CME allowance
Paid Malpractice Insurance
Reimbursement for certification and licensing
Relocation allowance will be considered if needed

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. No weekends.

Location: Ardmore, OK – located just 90 miles from both Oklahoma City and the Dallas/Fort Worth area, this South Central Oklahoma location is a great place to live, and work!
