We are a family medicine clinic seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This is an established practice that is seeking a provider dedicated to caring for patients of all ages in a general family medicine practice. We serve patients from newborns to seniors.
The ideal candidate will have a common-sense approach to patient care and be a good problem solver with analytical skills. In addition, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and experience is a plus.
We operate Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and see an average of 20 patients per day. We are looking for a provider who is comfortable with diagnostic tests and has experience with electronic health records (EHR). We use eClinical Works as our EHR system.

Qualifications:
- Licensed or becoming licensed in New York
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Willing to train the right provider, but prefer experience in primary care
Compensation and Benefits:
Strong salary based on experience: $115,000-$130,000+ Based on experience.
