Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Clinical Director – Advanced Healing Center
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with strong leadership potential to be our Clinical Director and Advanced Practice Provider for our Advanced Healing Center in Kingwood, TX. Here you’ll provide advanced treatments for wound care and lead a hyperbaric chamber team. Being that our model is very unique we provide in depth training from our world renowned medical director and other lead APPs!
As the lead clinical you will examine, diagnose, and treat patients while leading our team of 5 clinical support team members. You’ll maintain a safe, efficient clinic environment as well as train and guide staff in daily operations. Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and marketing/sales teams. Ensure up-to-date education and compliance with regulations as well as ensuring a welcoming and comfortable patient experience.
Job Type: W2 Employed, Full-time
Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial and motivated to help grow the patient base
- Licensed in Texas Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Surgical experience preferred
- Positive, professional, and possess strong leadership skills
- Willing to obtain wound care and hyperbaric certification
- Able to multitask and be a team player
- Training provided on clinical procedures
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $140,000-$165,000 first year financial package

Schedule:
- Traditional work week
- Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
