We are expanding our urgent care model to Santa Clara just outside of San Jose and seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our new Urgent Care located in Santa Clara, CA. In this role you’ll provide urgent care and primary care for patients of all ages and a variety of medical conditions from flu and strep tests to rashes and stitches. Think of us as the go-to resource for all of the patients Primary Care, non-life-threatening urgent care needs offering a wide range of services like pediatric care, preventative care, women’s health, laboratory services, virtual care and more! This is a 5 day work week with 8 hour shifts rotated through the week. We are willing to provide training for the right provider and welcome providers experienced in urgent care and/or primary care!

Qualifications:
- Licensed in California
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in urgent care, family medicine or primary care is preferred.
- Willing to provide training to the right provider.
Compensation and Benefits:
Strong salary plus bonuses and benefits! $140,000-$160,000 per year based on experience plus bonuses.

Schedule:
40 hours per week scheduled across 5 8-hour days.; scheduling shifts 9am-7pm Monday-Frida and 10pm-6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
