15 Medtech Companies Hiring: Clinical, AI, Sales & Robotics Jobs
By MedicalRecruiting.com Editorial Team · Published October 14, 2026
Medtech companies are hiring for much more than AI engineering. A review of 33 employers highlighted in Grace Gong's AI medtech hiring post found specific positions listed by 15 companies across clinical research, clinical applications, medical education, software, robotics, quality, sales, and customer success. The strongest career strategy is to match your experience to a documented opening—not assume every growing company has the same hiring needs.
Career pages checked October 14, 2026. Openings can close without notice. “Hiring” here means a specific role appeared on an employer's public career page or linked recruiting board when checked; it does not mean the employer confirmed its hiring budget or guaranteed that applications remain open. This is an editorial roundup, not a list of placements represented by MedicalRecruiting.com.
What we checked—and why this differs from the original list
The starting point was Grace Gong's 33-company AI medtech hiring post, which described a ranking by percentage headcount growth over 90 days. We used its company names as research leads, then checked employer career sites and followed replacement links where available.
We did not independently validate that growth ranking. Headcount growth is not a vacancy count, and a social post is not proof that a particular job remains open. Several supplied links had moved, one pointed to an unrelated business, and some employers explicitly reported no openings. Those companies are separated below rather than presented as verified active hiring.
This is an international list. A company's headquarters does not establish a job's location. A remote label does not imply worldwide eligibility, visa sponsorship, or permission to work from any state. Always review the individual vacancy before applying.

Clinical research, patient support, and medical education opportunities
CoMind: clinical evidence alongside brain-monitoring technology
CoMind focuses on non-invasive brain monitoring. Its recruiting board listed a Senior CRA position marked remote in the United States, with a displayed salary range of $130,000–$145,000 and equity. The same board listed London-based quality, software, data science, and optical research positions.
Career angle: Clinical research associates help produce reliable evidence; that is different work from direct patient care or AI model development. The posted salary applies to that particular US role, not all CoMind employees. Candidates should read its monitoring, experience, and travel requirements before treating remote work as a travel-free job.
Qureight: clinical trials need operations and data expertise
Qureight develops imaging and AI tools for lung and heart disease trials. Its employer-linked vacancy board listed Clinical Site Manager and Senior Clinical Data Manager roles with hybrid Cambridge/London locations. It also listed IT Support Engineer, Product Owner, Integration and Automation Engineer, and Senior Machine Learning Engineer positions.
Career angle: This is a useful employer to investigate for candidates experienced in research-site coordination, clinical data quality, or imaging workflows. Clinical operations and engineering are distinct paths; a healthcare background alone does not satisfy a software role's technical requirements.
Implicity: remote cardiac monitoring also needs patient engagement
Implicity's cardiac monitoring platform combines technology with customer and patient-facing work. Its career page listed a Patient Engagement Specialist, Customer Success Manager North America, and Northeast regional sales leadership position in New York. Paris listings included Backend Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, Finance Manager, Logistics Manager, and a software apprenticeship.
Career angle: Patient engagement and customer success may interest professionals who understand clinic operations and communication. Do not assume the job is a licensed nursing position, however, or that a New York listing is remote. Review the responsibilities and employment location.
AITRICS: clinical applications, research, and quality
AITRICS, included in the source list for patient-deterioration prediction, had listed roles for Clinical Application Specialist, Clinical QA Manager, Clinical Research Manager, AI Engineer, and Data Engineer. The Clinical Application Specialist title specified coverage of Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam.
The board also displayed “Clinical Research Associate (USA)” while its location field showed the Seoul headquarters. That needs employer clarification: a title mentioning the USA is not sufficient to establish a US work location. Some engineering entries were year-round recruiting rather than a clearly dated single vacancy.
EchoNous: a direct connection to critical-care workflows
EchoNous develops AI-supported point-of-care ultrasound. Its career page listed Technical Customer Support Specialist II and Clinical Engagement Manager, Critical Care. The latter described clinical support, education, training, research-site support, and collection of clinical and economic evidence.
Career angle: The clinical engagement role is especially relevant to professionals who can explain how technology fits bedside care. That is not a promise that any critical-care credential is sufficient: check the posting's exact experience, location, travel, and qualification requirements. Technical support is a separate path centered on troubleshooting device problems and reducing customer downtime.
CMR Surgical: education and sales alongside robotic-system development
CMR Surgical's job-search page listed Professional Education Trainer in the US, Clinical Sales Representative in Phoenix, Clinical Sales Specialist in the UK South West, and Senior Clinical Scientist / Clinical Scientist. Technical listings included Graduate Software Engineer – Robot Software, verification engineers, electronics engineers, and a short-term human-factors contractor.
Career angle: Surgical technology needs people who can educate users, support adoption, verify designs, and manage operations. The graduate software listing also shows why this market should not be described as exclusively senior-level. CMR's talent-network entry is an expression of interest, not an additional specific vacancy.
Imaging AI employers hiring beyond the algorithm team
Qure.ai: radiology, oncology research, product, and commercial roles
Qure.ai's career board listed Consultant Radiologist in Bengaluru, Clinical Research Scientist – Oncology in Bangalore North, product management positions, and a Lead Product Marketing Manager – US role described as remote, preferably East Coast. It also listed client-success operations in Lima, Peru, and information-security and IT infrastructure work in India.
Important distinction: The same page still displayed some entries marked “Position filled.” Those are not included as active examples here. The word “clinical” does not make an international role transferable across borders; professional registration, employer requirements, and local work authorization still matter.
AIRS Medical: MRI technology creates commercial opportunities
AIRS Medical's career page listed US Account Executive and Sales Development Representative roles, both marked remote in the United States. It also showed an EMEA Marketing Manager listing associated with Munich and marked remote, plus a Business Operations Intern in Munich.
Career angle: Imaging companies need people who can explain operational value, develop customer relationships, and support market expansion. For applicants from radiology operations or medical sales, the question is how their experience translates to the specific commercial responsibilities—not simply whether they have worked around MRI.
Subtle Medical: engineering, international sales, and people leadership
Subtle Medical works on deep-learning imaging enhancement. Its available positions included Senior Platform Engineer, Machine Learning Software Engineer, Director of People and Culture, and Head of International Sales. The platform role was labeled US remote; the ML role allowed remote or hybrid work in the San Francisco Bay Area; international sales was labeled Europe remote.
Career angle: This is a reminder that a medtech company's workforce also includes commercial and organizational leadership. The careers page did not establish a location for the people-and-culture role in the summary reviewed, so applicants should not inherit the location of a neighboring listing.
ScreenPoint Medical: clinical adoption and AI product development
ScreenPoint Medical focuses on AI-supported breast cancer detection. Its career page listed Clinical Specialist North America as remote. Nijmegen-based hybrid openings included AI Research Engineer, Data Engineer, AI Enablement Engineer, software and cloud engineering roles, and Information Security Officer.
Career angle: Clinical adoption, secure deployment, and model development need different capabilities. A clinician interested in industry should examine the clinical-specialist requirements rather than assume they need to compete for a research-engineering position. The open-application option is separate from named vacancies.
Cardiovascular, surgical imaging, and robotics companies
Cleerly: substantial commercial hiring signals
Cleerly develops AI-driven cardiovascular diagnostic technology. Its open-position board showed Clinical Account Manager roles in multiple US territories, regional sales positions covering health systems and providers, Director of Corporate Accounts, Sr. Client Success Manager in Atlanta, and Cloud Security Engineer marked virtual US.
Career angle: The observed mix emphasizes adoption and customer relationships alongside security. “Clinical Account Manager” is a job title, not confirmation of a patient-care role; inspect its commercial responsibilities. Cleerly's career page directs candidates to apply themselves and states that it does not engage third-party recruiters. This article does not imply that MedicalRecruiting.com represents Cleerly.
Powerful Medical: ECG AI needs product and business talent
Powerful Medical, the company behind PMcardio, listed Senior Backend Engineer, Legal Counsel, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Finance Specialist in Bratislava on its career page. B2B Marketing Director and Product Design Lead, PMcardio were labeled Europe.
Career angle: These examples span engineering, design, marketing, legal, recruiting, and finance. A Europe location label is not a worldwide remote promise. Candidates should confirm the permitted country, contractual arrangement, and any language expectations.
Hypervision Surgical: product leadership and an R&D entry point
Hypervision Surgical develops AI-powered hyperspectral surgical imaging. Its website linked to a Rippling recruiting board with Product Manager – Surgical Imaging and Research and Development Internship roles in London. A separate Talent Pool entry was also present, but is not counted as a specific vacancy here.
Career angle: Product work in a surgical setting can require coordination across clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams. The internship provides a different entry route from the senior roles common elsewhere in this roundup. Eligibility, duration, and compensation should be checked in the individual posting.
Horizon Surgical Systems: hardware, manufacturing, software, and quality
Horizon Surgical Systems is developing imaging-guided ophthalmic surgical robotics. Its official career page listed Los Angeles roles for Senior/Staff/Principal Mechanical Engineer – Robotic Hardware, Mechanical Technician / Manufacturing Technician, Senior Quality Engineer, Senior/Staff Embedded Software Engineer, and Senior/Staff Robotics Software Engineer.
Career angle: Robotics hiring includes building, testing, and producing physical systems—not only writing AI software. The source post's similarly named web address led elsewhere, so use the verified company link above. The company describes its product as investigational; a hiring announcement should not be mistaken for regulatory approval.
Laza Medical: clinical engineering and robotic imaging software
Laza Medical's own website routes candidates to Shifamed's career board. Under the Laza Medical department, we found Sr. Clinical Engineer and Staff/Principal Software Engineer – Medical Imaging & Robotics, both listed in Campbell, California.
Career angle: Clinical engineering connects device development to procedural needs. The shared board includes other Shifamed companies, so check the department before assuming every listed opening belongs to Laza. We use the vacancies' Campbell location rather than the Zurich label in the source post. The board also restricts unsolicited third-party referrals.
The other 18 companies: watchlist, not verified open vacancies
All 33 names were included in the review. For the following employers, we either found no specific current vacancy, encountered inaccessible or outdated pages, or could not sufficiently confirm an opening. Unverified does not mean not hiring. It means the evidence available in this review did not support putting them in the verified list.
- Evident Vascular: its career page explicitly said there were no positions open.
- Theator: its career page said the team was currently at capacity and accepted resumes for future opportunities.
- Brainomix: its career page said there were no job openings at the time of review.
- Axial3D: its career page invited speculative applications and said opportunities would be posted soon. Employee testimonials were not counted as vacancies.
- Digital Diagnostics, formerly IDx: its public page featured a general application and linked to an external board; a specific vacancy was not confirmed in this review.
- Imagen Technologies: its career page displayed Senior Technical Recruiter, but the linked job returned “Job not found.” Broad radiologist recruiting language was not substituted for a verified specific opening.
- Openwater: its page displayed Chief Medical Officer, but linked to a LinkedIn hiring-management URL. The application destination and live vacancy status need confirmation.
- Exo: the correct company career page points candidates to LinkedIn jobs. We did not confirm a specific vacancy. The source post's exoimaging.com address was parked for sale and should not be used to apply.
- Eko Health: its career page loaded, but embedded content could not be read sufficiently to verify specific positions.
- Promaxo: the supplied careers route led to company information, not a specific vacancy list.
- Aimbient, formerly Surgical Safety Technologies: the legacy address redirected to the current company site. The rebrand was confirmed, but not a specific open position.
- UltraSight: its supplied career route did not expose enough listing content to verify vacancies.
- Moon Surgical: its career route did not expose readable vacancies in this review. We did not substitute roles from unrelated companies named Moon.
- Activ Surgical: the supplied careers page returned not found. Its company site remains a starting point, but no specific job was verified.
- Octagos: the supplied careers page was unavailable. Its current site describes cardiac monitoring services; that alone does not establish vacancies.
- SiBionics and Shukun: the career URLs supplied in the post returned missing-page messages. Current vacancies were not verified, and unrelated similarly named employers were excluded.
- EverBridge Medical: we could not verify the supplied medtech career page or a matching vacancy. We did not substitute the separate Everbridge critical-event-management company's jobs.
Which types of candidates should explore these openings?
Clinicians and clinical researchers: Start with roles such as CoMind's Senior CRA, Qureight's clinical operations positions, Qure.ai's radiologist and oncology research listings, EchoNous's clinical engagement position, and CMR's education roles. Clinical experience can be relevant, but it is not automatic qualification for research monitoring, device training, or engineering.
Medical sales and customer-facing professionals: Cleerly, AIRS Medical, Implicity, Subtle Medical, and CMR offer examples worth reviewing. Determine whether success is measured through revenue, customer adoption, training, retention, or patient engagement. These are not interchangeable responsibilities.
Engineers and data specialists: Match your experience to the actual technical layer: robotic controls at Horizon or CMR, medical imaging software at Laza, platform engineering at Subtle, data infrastructure at CoMind, or AI products at ScreenPoint. Experience with regulated development and evidence of reliable delivery can matter as much as an “AI” keyword.
Operations, quality, and business professionals: Quality assurance, security, finance, legal, logistics, marketing, and people leadership all appear in the verified examples. Medical technology organizations need these functions to operate, not just to develop products.
Before applying: five checks that prevent wasted effort
- Reopen the employer listing. Verify that the job still accepts applications. Skip filled positions and distinguish talent pools from requisitions.
- Confirm the legal work location. Read remote-country restrictions, territory, travel, relocation, and sponsorship requirements. Headquarters and job location can differ.
- Translate experience accurately. Demonstrate relevant research, education, workflow, commercial, or technical outcomes without assuming clinical credentials cover every requirement.
- Check compensation at role level. Salary, bonus, equity, benefits, and currency vary. An advertised range is not a guaranteed offer or an industry benchmark.
- Apply through verified employer channels. Follow the official career page to its recruiting platform. Do not pay application fees or submit sensitive information to a parked domain or look-alike company.

Frequently asked questions
Are all 33 companies in the original post hiring now?
We could verify specific listed roles at 15 through employer pages or employer-linked boards on October 14, 2026. Others had no openings, general applications, stale links, or vacancies we could not independently confirm. Their inclusion in a social post is not sufficient proof of a current job.
Can healthcare professionals move into medtech without being programmers?
Yes, the reviewed listings include clinical research, education, engagement, sales, and customer success. Each has its own qualifications. Some positions require additional experience beyond direct care, and a “clinical” title does not necessarily mean a licensed patient-care job.
Are these jobs all remote or based in the United States?
No. The observed roles include US, UK, European, Korean, Indian, and other locations, with on-site, hybrid, field-based, and remote arrangements. Verify the individual posting's current terms and work authorization requirements.
Does MedicalRecruiting.com recruit for these companies?

Sources and methodology
The source universe is the 33-company LinkedIn post linked above. Primary sources are the employer career pages and employer-linked Ashby, Workable, Rippling, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Shifamed, and other recruiting pages cited throughout. We checked public pages on October 14, 2026, followed accessible replacement links, excluded explicitly filled jobs, and separated general applications from specific openings. We did not contact employers, verify headcount-growth estimates, audit every requisition, or confirm hiring budgets. Listed examples are a dated snapshot, not a continuously updated vacancy feed. Candidate-fit observations are editorial guidance rather than a promise of eligibility or employment.
