Blends NP-level case management with program ownership across a musculoskeletal/orthopedic population health focus. Fully remote, Florida-licensed. Direct patient care includes fracture risk assessment, DXA scans, bisphosphonate therapy, and Prolia management, alongside program design and team leadership. Flexible 8AM–5PM ET schedule, Monday–Friday. No on-call.
