Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established community-based primary care practice in Cleveland, Texas. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and the opportunity to become a trusted long-term provider for patients in the community.
This position focuses on traditional family practice and primary care. You will work alongside an established clinic staff while serving as a primary provider and developing ongoing relationships with individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide family practice and primary care services
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Serve as an ongoing primary care provider for patients in the community
- Work independently while collaborating with established clinic staff
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Provide consistent, high-quality patient care
- Participate in additional procedures as trained by the physician
Qualifications
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Primary care or family practice experience preferred
- Comfortable working with a significant level of provider autonomy
- Strong commitment to continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
- Demonstrated professional stability
- Candidates living within a reasonable commute of Cleveland, Texas are strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000-$145,000 annual base salary.
- 5 paid holidays
- 2 weeks of vacation after 6 months of service
- Health insurance reimbursement up to $350 per month
- Medical malpractice insurance covered by the employer
- Free procedures training provided by the physician
