Job Description
A growing boutique precision and functional medicine practice in Miami is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team. This is a high-touch opportunity for a provider who wants to move beyond high-volume medicine and spend meaningful time understanding the root causes of complex health concerns. We are seeking a provider comfortable providing high-level patient care and experience in integrative and/or functional medicine.
The practice works exclusively with adults and focuses on individualized care involving gut and microbiome health, genetics, hormones, immune function, peptides, nutrition, IV therapies, longevity medicine, and other functional approaches. We maintain a high-touch, low-volume practice. You can expect around 5 new patients per week plus 10–15 follow-up visits. We provide a strong base salary plus bonuses and benefits, with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage adult patients using a precision and functional medicine approach
- Review and interpret advanced laboratory testing and individualized clinical data
- Support treatment plans involving gut and microbiome health, hormones, immune function, nutrition, peptides, medical weight management, and longevity medicine
- Perform or support IV therapy and phlebotomy as needed
- Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle changes, and wellness strategies
- Coordinate closely with the physician and clinical team on complex cases
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships
- Help develop an independent patient following over time
- Participate in community education or practice-building activities when appropriate
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Florida
- Functional, integrative, longevity, or precision medicine experience strongly preferred
- Formal functional medicine certification/training preferred, or willingness to pursue structured training
- Strong communication and patient-education skills
- Genuine interest in microbiome, hormone, metabolic, immune, and root-cause medicine
Compensation and Benefits
- Strong base salary of $150,000+ based on experience plus bonus potential

Schedule
