Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Integrative Primary Care

Are you a primary care provider looking to step off the treadmill of traditional medicine and truly partner with your patients? We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP) or Physician Assistant to join our thriving integrative and functional medicine practice. In this role, you will manage a capped panel of approximately 800 adult patients, allowing you the time to conduct thorough, unhurried visits (typically 12–14 patients per day).

Our practice operates on a highly successful membership model, which means we prioritize patient access and quality of care over volume. We unite evidence-based traditional primary care with advanced functional and integrative therapies. Strong base salary of approximately $133,000, profit-sharing bonus based on your membership panel (increasing annually up to 6%), commission on supplement purchases, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 160 hours PTO. 36 clinical hours/week, 4.5 days/week, no call, no weekends, flexibility for occasional telehealth.
