Job Description

An established outpatient neurology practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to evaluate and manage patients with a variety of neurological conditions and sleep disorders. You will work closely with a highly experienced, board-certified neurologist in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on individualized care, education, and proactive disease management.

This full-time position offers a balanced four-and-a-half-day workweek with no after-hours or weekend call responsibilities. Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and assessments for adult patients

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for general neurological conditions and sleep disorders

- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications

- Collaborate closely with the lead neurologist to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care

- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

Qualifications

- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain licensure

- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program

- Neurology exposure or experience preferred; highly motivated candidates with a strong general-medicine foundation may be trained

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Commitment to patient education and collaborative care

Compensation & Benefits

- Experience-based salary of **$120,000-$150,000+**

- 3% retirement match

- Medical insurance with the employer covering 80% of the premium

- Two weeks of paid time off

- One week of paid sick time

Schedule

- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

- No on-call requirements

- No weekends
