Our established and rapidly growing integrated wellness center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of preventative and regenerative healthcare, guiding patients through weight loss protocols, hormone replacement therapy, and advanced regenerative treatments. We provide a comprehensive approach to lifestyle wellness, offering a range of services including regenerative joint injections (PRP, exosomes), hormone replacement therapy (pellets), medical weight loss, and aesthetic services like Botox and RF microneedling. Our business model is centered on providing exceptional, curated care to patients who are actively invested in their health.

We are looking for an intrapreneurial-minded provider who thrives in a leadership role and is excited about the prospect of scaling a business. Strong base salary of $125,000 with uncapped incentive compensation, 401(k) with 3% match, medical insurance premium paid, 2 weeks PTO, and $2,000 training bonus. 4-day work week, no weekends, no on-call.
