We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our clinical team serving the Chandler and Mesa, AZ area. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with new patients in the clinic and consulting with them prior to their vascular procedures. Our company operates state-of-the-art facilities providing comprehensive vein and vascular care, including treatments for peripheral arterial disease, venous insufficiency, and more. This position involves a standard Monday through Friday schedule. We are willing to train the right candidate — new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations for new patients presenting with vascular and vein concerns
- Provide pre-procedure consultations and education to patients regarding their treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with the vascular surgeon and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans accurately in the electronic medical record
- Assist in the ongoing management and follow-up care of patients with peripheral vascular disease and venous insufficiency
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
