Physician Assistant – Hormone Replacement & Lifestyle Medicine (Willing to Train!)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused PA who is ready to step outside the traditional "sick care" model and embrace true health optimization. In this role, you will provide primary care and preventative health services, focusing on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), GLP-1 injections, and medical weight loss management. Our company is a physician-led metabolic health clinic focused on making people genuinely healthier.

Job Type

This is a W2 employed, Full-Time position with benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

- Strong salary based on experience: $125,000–$155,000+

- Monthly bonuses!

- 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match

- Health insurance premium contribution (split 50% or first $500 covered)

- Paid time off (PTO)

- Full coverage for required certifications and CME, including specialized BHRT certification pathways

Schedule

Full-time preferred. Office hours:

- Monday and Wednesday: 8am–5pm

- Tuesday and Thursday: 8am–6pm

- Friday: 8am–3pm
