Job Description

Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) opportunity in a growing outpatient pain management and musculoskeletal practice in Albuquerque. Treat new and established patients with spine, joint, and chronic pain conditions while building hands-on procedural expertise. Competitive compensation and monthly productivity incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions.

- Perform peripheral joint and trigger point injections within training and scope.

- Participate in Botox treatments based on qualifications and training.

- Manage medications and develop treatment plans.

- Order and interpret diagnostic testing.

- Document care using AdvancedMD and provide efficient, compassionate service.

Qualifications

- Appropriate New Mexico PA or NP licensure and NPI.

- Pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, sports medicine, or relevant musculoskeletal experience preferred.

- Joint/trigger point injection experience strongly preferred.

- Strong procedural interest, clinical judgment, and organizational skills.

- Comfortable in a busy clinic seeing approximately 20–25 patients daily.

Compensation and Benefits

- Advertised annual salary range: $140,000–$175,000, based on experience.

- Monthly productivity bonuses; approximately $2,000/month discussed as possible, not guaranteed.

Schedule

- Full-time, Monday–Friday.

- Weekends as needed.
