We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PA to join our elite surgical team as a Surgical First Assist for reconstructive plastic surgery. In this dynamic role, you will partner directly with one of our talented, board-certified plastic surgeons, serving as their dedicated first assist in the operating room (3 days/week) and managing patient care in the clinic (2 days/week). Our company provides top-tier, life-enhancing reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries with a focus on personalized, concierge-level care. We are willing to train high-potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the dedicated surgical first assist for a specific surgeon 3 days per week, primarily focusing on facial surgery, breast/chest surgery, and body contouring

- Manage the surgeon's clinic days (typically Mondays and half-day Fridays), conducting pre-operative consultations, post-operative assessments, and routine follow-ups

- Collaborate closely with the surgeon to ensure seamless continuity of care from the initial consultation through the entire surgical and recovery process

- Participate in a rotating 1:5 weekly after-hours and weekend call schedule to triage patient concerns and manage post-operative complications

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, surgical notes, and patient communications

Schedule

5 days per week (typically 3 days in the OR, 1.5 to 2 days in clinic). Clinic days are primarily Mondays and half-day Fridays. Rotating after-hours and weekend call (approximately 1 week every 5 weeks once fully trained).
